I post this blog on my way to the Women of IFA Network (WIN) Meet & Greet Reception, the first of many WIN activities taking place between today and Thursday during the 73rd IFA Congress in London.
On behalf of Slaughter and May, I warmly welcome all delegates to London and the Congress. I hope that, like me, my colleagues at Slaughter and May and the team behind the europeantax.blog, you are excited to be in London to network and discuss some of the most pressing issues in international tax with leading experts from across the globe.
Slaughter and May are proud to be sponsors of the WIN Lounge – which everyone attending Congress is invited to enjoy on Level 3 of the Royal Festival Hall, Green side, adjacent to Door G of the main auditorium. The WIN Lounge features an inspiring photo montage profiling leading women in international tax. Please come and have a look! A profile book accompanying the photo montage is available on the IFA app and the IFA website.
We invite anyone attending the Congress to come to the WIN Lounge to attend one of the “WIN in conversation…” talks hosted by my colleague, Sarah Blakelock, daily at 08:30 and 12:45 (except Tuesday lunchtime). I’m sure you will agree that Sarah has lined up great speakers you will not want to miss.
