Verena, specialist lawyer for tax law, advises clients in tax matters. Her areas of expertise include transaction related tax advice, tax advice for businesses and tax advice in tax criminal proceedings as well as tax disputes and litigation.

Verena studied law and economics. She pursued her Ph.D. at the Institute of Tax Law with Prof. Dr. Johanna Hey and completed a Master's degree in Business Law. Since 2013 she has been admitted to the bar and since 2015 she has also worked as a lecturer in the Master's Program in Corporate Tax Law at the University of Cologne.
